Lulu's Hand Espresso
2年來每個週末早晨, 都會自己手沖咖啡, 純粹就是喜歡咖啡散發的香氣,
但是對於咖啡並沒有太多研究,幾度c的水, 幾克的咖啡, 對我來說太複雜.
不同的豆子也買過, 但是依我的程度跟本分不出差別,所以都到義美買,
因為回家路上會經過很方便.
最近入手取代手沖的的 Lulu's Hand 可以不用一次性的濾紙,
造型也不錯, 由於我沒買手沖壺, 都是直接拿水壺手沖, 所以剛好可以一次解決.
Espresso一直都是在歐洲旅遊時用餐必點的, 那種強烈的果酸在舌根爆炸的震憾,
可以持續在口中迴盪,雖然小小一杯, 但是可以啜飲許久,
所以嘗試了一下如何用Lulu's Hand泡出Espresso.
磨豆機因為太貴了, 所以我是用可調粗細的日製手搖磨豆機.
步驟如下:
1.咖啡粉, 鎖緊後退2格, 豆量約8分滿, 幾克就不知道了, 從沒量過.
2.鋪在Lulu's Hand下層不鏽剛濾網上, 鋪起來大約是7分滿.
3.在上層放水到200ml刻度.
4.調整水量到壓克力窗的一半, 關閉上層水.
5.此時就讓水自動萃取咖啡, 直到水量達到壓克力窗下緣.
6.移開Lulu's Hand, 即可享用.
